This year I ended up going to see Rosalía live three times. She’s so so good live and she’s an amazing talent. I’ve also been a fan of Irish band Fontaines DC for the last couple of years and got to see them live this summer in Spain.
So I was pleasantly surprised when Fontaines DC announced they were doing a collab with Rosalía on their new album. I’d no idea what to expect but the result is breathtaking.
I hope they release a proper video for it at some point, but for now there’s this lyric one.
What do you think?
I really love it. And it is really not what I was expecting, though I’m not quite sure what that was either!
As a sidenote, if you buy their music via Bandcamp they’ll get a larger slice.
