Whether there’s an “economic downturn” or not you’ll always find people who simply don’t “get” the concept of paying for stuff.

We’ve found a hilarious trait with some of our customers.
If you send them a bill for, say, €362.29 including VAT, they pop a cheque in the post to you – months late – for €360.00.

I really believe in customer service and working with clients to find a product/service/price point that suits them….but once the invoice is due then I expect to be paid. Late payment makes me mad.
