If you are a Scrubs fan and aren’t patient enought to wait for Series 5 to be shown over here, then you could try iTunes, where you can get the entire series for $35.
For some reason it’s not available on the Irish iTunes shop, so I probably wouldn’t be able to get it even if I had an iTunes account, or would I?

Yep it’s a real pity, really wanted to purchase the complete Lost series three months back and realised the TV shows where just available to USA iTunes users. Don’t think there is away around this unless people living in America can use the gift feature to give them to us. But fairly sure that it wouldn’t work unfortunately.

I was afraid you’d say that 🙁
So my only other option is to break the law?
Liam Burke says
Afraid so, its a real pity not too be using my iPod to its full potential, just have around 40 videos on it at the moment and one pixar movie. I wish I knew the details as to why they can’t make them available here, but with Lost it’s on around episode 10 and it still hasn’t started in the UK. Whereas with iTunes you could download up to episode 19 of series two. So that would mean less viewers for the TV networks if they were available here hence them not being available to us.

doesn’t apple do a geo look up against ip when using your apple ID, this does not mean you can not travel, but that you best start your account in the territory it is to be used in.
one day the programme maker wont need the stinking transmiiters, but for now, broadcast TV gives progs a large audience for its birth, and a cheap low tech (1920’s) access to your living room.
I watched 8×1 hrs of TV drama on ipod 5th gen, not back to back, sometimes you need the large screen, the comfy seat, and a pause button and a jog wheel to by pass adverts, somewhere between iPod and bid widescreen, except time is tight, when are we poor workers ever going to have the time to spend & buy their dumb entertainment, if we all have to work so hard to pay bills?
