A Mixed Bag of Experiences With Delta & Air France Customer Service

January 25, 2015 by Michele Neylon 2 Comments

Delta's mobile app includes baggage tracking

I spent the first two weeks of 2015 in Las Vegas attending CES and then NamesCon. After over two weeks I was looking forward to going home. I was "done". I was meant to be flying Las Vegas - JFK - Dublin, leaving Vegas Friday morning and arriving into Dublin the following morning. Unfortunately, as can happen, there were weather issues at JFK which led to flights destined … [Read more...] about A Mixed Bag of Experiences With Delta & Air France Customer Service

I like wifi and bluetooth devices, … [Read more...] about Wifi Printing Brings A Bit Of Sanity

December 29, 2014 by Michele Neylon Leave a Comment

The hinge broke at one point and somebody fixed it for me, as sending it back to Zippo for repairs wasn't something that entered our minds ..  Around the same time Murphy's Stout were giving away brass Zippo lighters. I think I also had … [Read more...] about A Bit Of Nostalgia
