While I’m still getting emails alerting me to new properties for sale in Carlow every few hours I decided to check out prices in other parts of Ireland.
Why oh why did we base our business in Carlow? If we’d based ourselves closer to the Shannon (ie. Limerick, Clare, Tipperary) the cost of houses would be significantly lower.
Of course the infrastructure and distance to data centres etc ., would pose a problem, but the price differential is huge.
Ah well.
