After spending a couple of days at the Avala in Budva I moved to a much smaller and less modern ” hotel”. Since it doesn’t have any facilities beyond a bed and a toilet I’ve been discovering what Budva has to offer in the way of breakfast etc.,
The Hemingway cafe and bar, just off the main square, is a pretty good spot to grab breakfast. They’ve an interesting selection of freshly pressed fruit juice cocktails as well as several options for breakfast fare. The “good morning” combines grapefruit juice with apple, carrot and beetroot, which sounds a little odd, but is quite refreshing.
The cafe also has free wifi, so I’ve been catching up on email while drinking my coffee quota.
