This morning just about every single public email address on our systems is being spammed by SpamArrest, as one of their users hasn’t whitelisted us.
Idiots!
If you’re going to use a C/R system you need to get your head examined in the first place, but if you must insist then at least take the time to whitelist people who need to communicate with you.
Other people manage to use Spam Arrest without making the rest of us suffer too much. Don’t the makers of these stupid “solutions” even warn their users how to use them?

I had been a loyal and paying customer of Spamarrest for some time, recently their service has been erratic and I lost a number of important messages. After not receiving adequate support I decided to cancel my recently renewed account and asked for a refund of the unused portion. Here is their response:
Hi David,
Thanks once again.
David, I am very sorry to tell you that we are not able to offer you a refund for your account. You may continue to use your Spam Arrest account till 2008-10-01 by reactivating the account.
I truly apologize for your inconvenience, David. Please do let me know if you need anything else.
Best Regards,
Peter

Well we got a simple solution.
We blocked Spamarrest mails on our server, they simply get bounced.
It was decided don’t care about their users and if they receive our mails.
And we are one of the biggest online pharmacies in my country.
We make sure the mails get to the mailserver of the customer, the rest is their problem.
We’d rather lose those few customers, than schooling ALL Service personal how to handle those messages. Also we don’t feel the need to get a contract with Spamarrest.
Because thats what you do when you confirm your mail. The terms are complete bonkers.
