I’ve added a polls plugin to my ever-growing arsenal

You can see the plugin in action on the right sidebar.
NB: You may need to edit the SQL tables and the actual php insert code, as the version I downloaded was missing a couple a column in the table storing the voters’ IP, while the actual php had the inserts in the incorrect order.
What supposed to happen when I click on View Results? A 404? If so then its working.

Damn thing seems to be as buggy as hell. If you access it from the blog’s main page it seems to work – accessed from anywhere else and it 404s
