What makes this particular survey different is that they're offering tangible incentives to participate.
The questions they're asking aren't that revealing, however, which is a pity.
All they seem to be gathering is very basic demographics and online spending patterns, but considering the Italian attitude to e-commerce this is a postive move.
What is a real pity with all these surveys is that not one of them seems to be conducted by people who actually know how to formulate questionnaires.
