As WIPO rulings go it wasn’t exactly complicated nor inspiring. Some of the other domain disputes are a lot more interesting to read

Actually I thought the lack of a finding of actual confusion caused contained near the bottom was significant- the complainant would should have gone to more trouble to prove actual confusion as it would have strengthened his position in any future proceedings arising from the dispute
