James and I spent a couple of hours in one of the airport bars at Schipol on the way back from Wordcamp
The decors wasn’t exactly “inspired”
Is that the Dakota bar? Haven’t been in there for years. They used to do a fried eggs on toast desert. Stroopwaffles for the toast with vanilla ice cream and advocate made to look like a runny fried egg on top.
Common decency has prevented me from ever setting foot in the “Irish Pub” on the way down to the D gates.
