Gay Byrne passed away earlier this year, but his legacy will live on.

While Gay Byrne will probably be remembered for many things, this audio clip of how to make a Christmas cake is one that I always find highly entertaining. It was originally broadcast on Irish radio, though I’m not sure when.

It’ll always bring a smile to my face hearing it.
