Eric Serra has composed the soundtracks to most of Luc Besson’s films since the 1980s. I was lucky enough to see him and his band perform Le Grand Bleu to picture in Paris a couple of years ago. In 2026 he’s doing a tour of his film music which culminates in a performance in Paris. It looks like it’ll be fantastic, especially if you’re a fan of the music like me!

Apart from his work with Besson he also did the soundtrack to Golden Eye, which was the first outing for Irish actor Pierce Brosnan as James Bond.
