Does Chitika Work For Non-US Publishers?

I’ve been running Chitika (aff) on several sites for the last while and added it to this blog last week. To date my earnings have been really abysmal. This could be due to the nature of my visitors, or it could be that it simply does not work for non-US publishers…
Has anyone had any success with it?
