Although the welcome ceremony for ICANN Lisboa isn't until tomorrow morning the venue in Lisbon's financial district, has been buzzing since yesterday. I'm sitting in Dublin airport waiting to board a flight to Madrid before heading on to Lisbon. I seem to be cursed!
