One of the things that I love about Brussels is the beer.
There are literally hundreds of amazing beers to try out and there are hundreds of bars dotted across the city.
While I was there this week I discovered that I’m quite partial to Kriek. Kriek isn’t a brand of beer – it’s a type. Basically it’s cherry beer.
This may seem like an odd combination, but it’s excellent.
A lot of bars have bottled Kriek, but several have it on tap, so you can grab a nice big glass of it if you want (I know I did!)
