Golden Spiders 2006 – Not all paid this time!

Unless I'm mistaken it seems that you can nominate people in some categories of the Golden Spiders this year without having to pay. Unfortunately it's not at all clear from the website which categories are "free" and which ones you need to pay for. While working on one of my little side-projects I spotted some rather interesting meta content (I also saw a lot of dross, but that's another day's work). The meta tags included on the main page of a well known company's website included explicit references to a couple of their competitors.
