I was at BarCamp on Saturday. I would have said I was there "all day", but I was called away for a few hours by my mother, who had managed to get a puncture and needed rescuing (that adventure maybe worthy of it's own blog post!). Avoiding Fermoy?
The drive from Carlow to Cork should be a lot more pleasant as of tomorrow when the new M8 Rathcormac-Fermoy Bypass is opened to the public. Last night when I was driving back from Cork I got held up for a good forty minutes at Fermoy, so being able to avoid the town completely is going to be worth the cost involved (€1.60). EDIT: Woops!
