Just wanted to let you know, I am with you – too many fake offers out there. We need to be careful.
How can I make a video like that, there are so many times when a control panel for something won’t work and I have to convince the mega-corporations drone that I am not making it up, by email JPG screenshots.
Try Camtasia Studio if your not too cheap.

Camtasia is probably the best, but I think there are a couple of projects over on sourceforge as well
