It’s a standard CF error page. The muppets ought to have specified an error template with .
Why would such a tiny site even need a database? It is a largely static site with minimal changes. It looks like an over-engineered piece of junk with nice shiny graphics added to distract from the poverty of the content.

The timestamp is server-side and since the site is hosted in the US the timestamps are several hours out of sync 🙂
